Stuart is a Senior Talent Associate who joined fscom after two and half years in Agency Recruitment focusing on the Financial Crime, Risk Management and Compliance markets across Europe and the Middle East. 

Stuart developed a consultative approach to delivering project led engagements, working with senior stakeholders within Fintech, Banking and Management Consultancies, supporting by navigating the nuances of local talent pools, employment legislation and delivery logistics.

Stuart now supports fscom’s relationship with independent consultants across each of our core verticals as well as permanent recruitment, both internally within fscom and supporting our clients access the Regulatory Compliance talent market.
