Worked with a client looking to acquire a global FX broker and needed buy side regulatory due diligence undertaken.
Objective
We deployed a global team to undertake six regional due diligence exercises which were project managed centrally.
Outcome
In six weeks, we conducted the due diligence and presented the client report identifying several areas for indemnification, pre close adjustment and post close remediation.
