David is Head of Capital Markets and brings 15 years of experience in regulatory compliance consulting across the UK and EU. David is an experienced GRC consultant who has helped capital markets clients navigate new regulatory changes and address ongoing compliance challenges.

Throughout his career, David has worked with many capital markets firms, ranging from tier 1 global banks, to exchanges, clearing houses, specialist brokerages and buy-side firms. Furthermore, David has worked with several of the UK’s regulators on driving new regulation and policy forward.

David’s deep knowledge of the capital markets sector is further enhanced by his previous role as a Fixed Income Sales/Trader at Lehman Brothers.

He is a frequent contributor to, and author of market publications covering new regulatory changes.
