What do you enjoy about fscom?
I enjoy that no week is ever the same. We’re always working on new projects with new clients, which means there’s a lot to learn along the way.
How do you describe what you do to your friends?
To keep it simple, I usually tell my friends I work in compliance.
Give an example of how you feel heard at fscom?
Everyone is heard at fscom, regardless of seniority. The opportunity to give feedback is welcomed and appreciated.
How would you describe the company culture at fscom?
There’s a great culture, everyone is very approachable, supportive, and inclusive.
What are some recent achievements or milestones that fscom is proud of?
Our recent GPTW results!
Can you share an example of how fscom has made a positive impact on your life?
fscom has a allowed me to meet a lot of great people, including co workers and clients. Both of which have had a positive impact on my professional growth and network.
How does fscom have fun?
From townhalls, pub quizzes and movie nights there’s always an activity planned that allowed the team to socialise outside of work.
What advice would you give to someone considering applying to fscom?
My advice would be work hard, be prepared to learn a lot and step out of your comfort zone.

What do you enjoy about fscom?
Honestly, it’s the people. Everyone is really approachable and genuinely want you to do well. There’s a great mix of independence and teamwork, which makes it easy to take ownership of your work while knowing support is always there when needed.
How do you describe what you do to your friends?
I usually say I help financial services companies stay out of trouble! Basically, I work with clients to make sure they’re following all the right rules and regulations. It’s a mix of detective work, problem-solving, and giving advice — keeps things interesting!
Give an example of how you feel heard at fscom?
I had expressed an interest in developing my skills in a specific area and my manager followed up with me directly and within a few days, I was looped into a project that matched my interests. It made me feel like my goals were genuinely listened to and supported.
How would you describe the company culture at fscom?
It’s a really open and friendly place. People are approachable, and there’s a genuine focus on learning and growing. It’s professional, but not stiff — you can be yourself here.
What are some recent achievements or milestones that fscom is proud of?
There’s been some great acknowledgment in the industry, we have just been recognised by Great Place to Work as one of the UK’s Best Workplaces in Consulting & Professional Services™ 2025 which is a huge achievement.
Can you share an example of how fscom has made a positive impact on your life?
I’ve had so many opportunities to learn and take on new challenges. I’ve grown a lot professionally, and the support from the team has made a big difference in my confidence. Plus, the flexibility has helped me keep a good work-life balance.
How does fscom have fun?
We know how to celebrate! Whether it’s team lunches or just a good laugh in the office, there’s always something going on. There’s a great mix of social events and informal moments that make the workplace feel more connected and enjoyable.
What advice would you give to someone considering applying to fscom?
Go for it! If you’re looking for somewhere you can learn loads, be supported, and actually enjoy your work, fscom is a brilliant place to be. Just be ready to get stuck in and make the most of the opportunities.

What do you enjoy about fscom?
The people definitely! I have never felt so welcomed into a company the way I have been in the last 12 months at fscom, they make it!
How do you describe what you do to your friends?
I'm pretty black and white about it, I just explain that I audit regulated entities on their AML and Safeguarding controls. Making sure they aren't letting any bad guys in to spend money!
Give an example of how you feel heard at fscom?
I expressed an interest in wanting to learn more about the AML regulations, and within a matter of days I was having discussions around the different qualifications that I could do.
How would you describe the company culture at fscom?
Warm and welcoming! You can speak to anyone about literally anything.
What are some recent achievements or milestones that fscom is proud of?

Can you share an example of how fscom has made a positive impact on your life?
Since working at fscom I have had many opportunities to grow myself professionally and can say that my confidence has had a drastic improvement since working here, and that's just from being gently pushed by management!
How does fscom have fun?
On a quarterly basis fscom hosts a townhall in which everyone comes into the office and gets involved in different activities, it allows you to chat with people outside of your team or that you wouldn't normally chat to. It's the best part of working here!
What advice would you give to someone considering applying to fscom?
Honestly go for it, it is the best decision I ever made! You'll meet the best people and have the most amazing experiences both within work hours and out!
