FSCom Limited (fscom) a leading specialist consulting firm providing governance, risk and compliance solutions to financial services institutions in the UK and Ireland, today announced the appointment Associate Director in the Investments Team, Azariah Nukajam.
Azariah possesses a wealth of experience in regulatory compliance consulting across the UK and Ireland and has worked closely with both the FCA and CBI. Azariah joins fscom to lead in the continued expansion of the company’s service offering in the investment advisory, portfolio management, retail and alternative investment fund management sectors.
Before coming to fscom, Azariah worked in compliance roles in several large GRC practices, most recently as Vice President in Kroll and prior to this, as Senior Associate in Duff & Phelps. Her key areas of expertise are in MiFID II, AIFMD, UCITS, and CONC. She has undertaken authorisation, audit, investment advisory, perimeter guidance as well as global regulatory due diligence projects. Azariah has significant experience in regulator commissioned reviews such as s166 Skilled Person Reviews.
