The Investment Firm Prudential Regime Support

Are you a UK investment firm who needs help to navigate the changes that come with the introduction of the UK’s Investment Firm Prudential Regime? As one of the leading compliance firms in the UK, we can help simplify the process.

What is the IFPR?

The Investment Firm Prudential Regime (IFPR) has applied to UK Investment firms since 1st January 2022.

The intention of the new regime is to make the prudential requirements more reflective of the nature, scale and complexity of investment firms which is not the case with the existing Capital Requirement Regulations.

However, like any new regulation, there is preparatory work to be undertaken to manage the transition to ensure firms are ready and compliant.

What are the changes?

The Investment Firm Prudential Regime brings in refreshed standards on capital, liquidity, reporting, consolidation, governance risk, remuneration and disclosure.

How can we help?

You will benefit from our team of prudential experts who have many years of experience in the industry and are currently assisting clients in identifying, assessing and documenting major sources of changes driven by the IFPR. The IFPR represents a major change for investment firms. It is critical that firms adequately prepare for the regime. Contact the team today for a free consultation.
