fscom appoints Maja Marszalek as Head of Business Development

FSCom Limited, a leading specialist consulting firm providing governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) solutions to financial services institutions in the UK and Europe, today announced the appointment of Maja Marszalek as its New Head of Business Development.

Maja joins fscom with an impressive track record of success in business development and sales leadership, including her most recent position as Managing Director, Head of Sales EMEA at ACA Group in the UK. Her previous roles also include Head of Client Development at AI XPRT and Duff and Phelps where she spearheaded commercial strategy and product management initiatives that significantly expanded market share and client acquisition.

Maja brings extensive expertise in creating and implementing business development strategies, with a specific focus in the financial services sector. Her leadership experience also includes her role as Co-Chair and Head of Programmes at Women in Banking and Finance (WIBF), where she was responsible for shaping leadership development initiatives across the UK and Ireland, earning her recognition as one of the “Top 100 Most Influential People in Service Provision for Alternative Investment Firms.”

In her new role at fscom, Maja will be responsible for driving the company’s business development efforts across all sectors, building and leading a dedicated team to focus on client acquisition and growth. With her deep industry knowledge and proven ability to develop innovative strategies, Maja is poised to play a critical role in expanding fscom’s reach into key areas of financial services.
